Darlene brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the retail industry, having guided teams at brands like Lane Bryant, Dress Barn, and The Children’s Place. Her passion for empowering others stems from her extensive career and dedication to personal growth.

As a published author of three motivational books, Darlene inspires others to achieve their full potential. She holds a BS in Business, an MBA in Human Resource Management, and is pursuing her Doctorate in organizational leadership and development.

A proud wife, mother, and grandmother, Darlene lives in Orlando, Florida, with deep roots in New Jersey, where her journey began.
